When Moussa Dembele graced our famous shirt, I believed that he had the ability to make a huge name for himself in the Premier League.

It was, probably, inevitable that he`d out grow our club and move on to bigger things and that proved the case when Tottenham Hotspur came knocking at the door.

A rather large fee exchanged hands and Dembele moved across London to ply his trade.

Initially, his performances received decent reviews and believed, amongst others, Dembele would go on to be a regular in the Tottenham first team squad.

But, this season the Belgian international hasn`t live dup to those expectations and has struggled to get a place in the starting eleven as Andre Villas-Boas strengthened his squad with some big money buys.

Now it is being intimated that not being in the first team picture, on a regular basis, is giving Dembele serious concerns relating to his World Cup place with his native Belgium.

To that effect, it is being bandied about that Dembele could be looking to exit White Hart Lane, come January, either on loan or a permanent deal, to ensure he achieves his dream of playing in the World Cup, for Belgium.

Already, several clubs have stepped forward declaring an interest, notably Newcastle and Aston Villa, but I just wonder whether Moussa might be interested in coming home, even if it is only for a few months!
