A real blast from the past now!
Does anyone remember a certain Shefki Kuqi?
His Fulham career, if I recall right, was far from magnificent and he was soon on his way. However, it transpires that he is still carving out a living in the professional game and has just put pen-to-paper on a one-year deal with the Scottish club – Hibernian.
It could be interesting to follow how he does in Scottish football, after all many an amateur hack has advertised the fact that their granny could score a hatful of goals in Scottish football!
