Birmingham City v Fulham – Match Officials

|

This Sunday lunch-time, Fulham go head-to-head with Birmingham City, at St Andrews, in the final Championship fixture of the season.

The travelling Fulham support will be hoping that the Cottagers can win this game whilst also hoping that Cardiff City slip up at home to Reading, thereby handing Fulham a place in the Premier League, courtesy of finishing second in the Championship.

It promises to be a tense afternoon, with plenty of nail-biting, as two clubs hoping to gain automatic promotion find out their destiny.

Matters aren’t helped by the fact that both ours and Cardiff’s opponents, Birmingham and Reading respectively, need results to ensure that they aren’t, thanks to other games not going their way, sucked through the relegation trap door and into League One.

Ahead of the game we’re now able to bring you the names of those appointed to take charge of this crucial fixture:

Referee – Stuart Attwell

Assistant Referee – Scott Ledger

Assistant Referee – Andrew Halliday

Fourth Official – Andy Woolmer

This season, Stuart Attwell, he has taken charge of 28 games and has issued 94 yellow cards and 3 red cards.

Primarily a Premier League referee, Stuart Attwell has taken charge of just the one game involving Fulham this season, the opening game of the campaign, let’s hope for a better result on Sunday;
