There`s no denying these are worrying times.

A slump in form has seen Fulham drop perilously close to the relegation battle. Instead of keeping an eye on it from afar, we now find that we are directly involved in it.

Just one point separates Fulham from the bottom three and the drop into League One football, the third tier of English football.

Not even a hard-earned 1-1 draw up at St Andrews has given us any breathing space and after the draw at Birmingham, Slavisa Jokanovic had this to say,

‘We were very competitive today. At this moment, we’ve got a month and a half until the end of the season.

‘We played good football against a team in the top half, but we didn’t win. It’s a point and if you cannot win three, it’s important you get one.

‘Our future is in our hands and we’ll fight until the last second. Let’s be brave, intelligent and play with desire like we did today.’

Let`s hope that will be sufficient to stop the rot.
