There`s no doubt that Fulham need to juggle the playing staff.

Our current Premier League position would suggest that we`re not as strong as we should be; however, it remains to be seen whether money is invested in January or we have to hang onto our shirt-tails and hope and pray we survive in the Premier League enabling us to do business in the summer.

However, speculation is rife, at the moment, relating to the possible signing of a midfield enforcer, somebody who becomes a free agent next summer but who might be secure din the January transfer window.

The person in question is Tomas Rincon a 25 year-old Venezuelan currently on the books of the German side, Hamburg.

Rincon, valued at £2.2 million, becomes a free agent in June and already Fulham and Sunderland have registered an interest in securing his services.

Now whether Fulham decide to jump the gun and sign him before he becomes a free agent remains to be seen but it is an option I`d like to see pursued, how about you?
