With Martin Jol seemingly resigned to seeing Clint Dempsey leave Craven Cottage, one tabloid has been quick to come forward and suggest who Jol might be looking to as a direct replacement for Clint.

Apparently, Jol is looking at bringing a certain Eduardo to Craven Cottage.

Eduardo, formerly on the books of Arsenal, is remembered as the player who suffered a badly broken leg in a fixture with Birmingham City,

Currently on the books of Shakhtar Donetsk, it`s being inferred that a fee of £7 million would secure his services which, if Dempsey is sold, would leave a couple of million in the bank for Jol to possibly juggle with.
