Following the 5-1 drubbing handed out by Manchester City, it’s becoming blatantly clear that Fulham have to add to their miserly total of five points soon.
From the eight games played so far, the Cottagers, despite spending big in the summer, have won just the one game and drawn two others, whilst losing the other five.
That kind of form is clearly not what was expected and is, what could be perceived, as relegation form.
But, with the need to get some more points quickly becoming very prevalent, just where those points going to come from?
Looking ahead, our next three Premier League fixtures are:
• Cardiff City (a) – October 20th
• Bournemouth (h) – October 2th
• Huddersfield (a) – November 5th
Here at Vital Fulham, we’re of the opinion that the Cottagers should be looking to get at least FIVE points from those fixtures.
Cardiff (a) will be a tough challenge, Neil Warnock’s side have not won at all, in the Premier League, this season.
Bournemouth (h) will be a fixture the away side will be relishing; Eddie Howe’s side are flying and are currently sitting in the top-six.
Huddersfield (a) in my opinion, could be the toughest of the lot. David Wagner’s side have started the season badly but always put up a tough fight.
With, in my opinion, FIVE points needed out of a possible nine, can you see it happening?
