Mohammed Al Fayed is apparently baffled by the unmitigated rush to buy a Premiership club, indeed, it`s almost as if owning a Premiership club has become something akin to a fashion statement, therefore any potential buyers may like to heed his words,
“Until now every month I have to open my pocket and give £1 million or £2 million. If you want to win you have to pay up to £100,000 a week. It is crazy.”
